Hi, I have a question re a noisey rear diff or rear wheel bearing on my 2007 Disco 3, has anyone out there had any problems with their vehicle.
I have about 95000 klms on the clock and have towed a 26ft caravan which weighs 3000 kgs from time to time over the last 3 years.
Hope to hear some comments.

Front diff failure is far more common , but I've had both replaced
in the high thirties. Towing from time-to-time plays little part.
You should search this site ; many threads and recent too.

I would say check the wheel bearings before touching the dif
I got riped of when they said it was the rear dif they put a new one in
noise still there it was the wheel bearings which I had told them
was the problem in the first place.
