Thread: High Beam Assist....needs assistance?

From my experience on my HSE D4 with HBA, that seems about normal. It is more sensitive for lights approaching from the right side of the road. Works well most of the time. If it gets annoying around town, I'll switch to manual sometimes. Out of town, I still use the HBA most of the time. Not aware of any adjustments other than setting which side of the road we drive on.

Better having it than not having it in my opinion.

Bi = 2 = high and low. there is a shutter in the projector that moves to provide high beam. the 2nd globe in each side is QH but there is a high beam pattern produced by the HID projector as well in the Bi systems.

I turned off HBA about a week after I took delivery of my RRS - it just isn't a good feature in my opinion.
