Does your friend owe enough favours to check these too? I have 1 set made in Germany and an identical set made in Mexico. The markings on a Mexican rim are:
    BMW
    DOT
    6761929
    AISi7
    1236
    RONAL Made in Mexico
    E-7 1/2Jx17SEH21540

IIRC the German set have the same 6761929 number. I would need to remove a wheel to confirm.

Did you find out the load rating of these rims? A

Graeme, Was wondering if you found out the rating of these rims, as I was thinking of using the same on my D3, but would like to know the load rating before buying tyres.
    Thanks in advance
