I'd be worried if it was a 2009 model but otherwise what are you worried about?
What Do You Think About A 3.0 Tdv6 In A 2009 Lr4 With 95,000 Km's On It? Should I Be Worried? Looking At Buying!
Cheers

SupporterStuff goes wrong with all cars, no matter what the age. However, you will still have some new car warranty left to fix anything you find I would think.
Get a dealer to tell you what warranty work has been done. My 2009 build 3.0l D4 with 60,000km has had a new steering rack, new brake disks to fix warping, new suspension bushes and software update to name some of the things that the dealer told me when I asked after I got it back home. They are all things that should not need fixing again for a while so it is all good.
Since I got it before Christmas it now has bush pin striping, no paint on the bottom of the front cross member, a bent and scratched ECB bull bar lower skirt, bent front underbody protection and a lot more dirt! However, no mechanical problems so far.
These cars are brilliant so don't worry so much and if something does go wrong, get it fixed.
Thank You..Yes It Is A D4 2010
Hi Rollin over, I have a D4 3.0 which I purchased in December 2009 and was built September 2009.
So far I have covered 88,000 trouble free Klm's. I have had some minor glitches, but mainly to do with software upgrades etc.
A mate of mine bought his (same vehicle, spec etc) at the same time, and has over 200,000Klm's on the clock, again trouble free.
It all comes down to the service history. Oil changes are so important, especially the first one. It should be at 12,000Klm's or sooner, not at 24,000Klm's as the book suggests.
Feel free to PM me if you have any queries.
My thoughts on the 95K vehicle that you are looking at - providing it has been regularly serviced and is the right price.....go for it.
Having said this, I would be wanting some sort of extended warranty as it has almost expired.
Cheers, Craig
