    Airconditioner fan issues

    I am wondering if any one has had a similar problem. After driving for a while I have no air coming out of the dash vents I can hear the fan still working and the air is cold but it seems a door is closing and no air from vents I shut the car down for 5 mins and every thing is back to normal Its a real pain up here in the tropics :-( Any thoughts?

    Sounds like the blend flaps behind the dash are playing up. Do you get the 'fart' from behind the dash as they open up ? I know you shouldn't get it, but I'm told it's an early sign that they're beginning to play up

    Check your "pollen" filter too - my a/c started to play up on a recent trip - I took it out and ditched it ... no problems since .....

    I have a new pollen filter and did try running without one ...no difference
    I can here a vent close and after shutting down car for 10 mins or so everything works ok for a while .... its a bit of a mystery?
