    D4 System Warnings

I have had my MY12 D4 2.7 TD for 3 weeks. I have only driven it 4 times (all highway and suburbia) as I have a company vehicle and the Disco is the family car used only on the weekends for now.
Yesterday I went to take it for drive to the MCG. The car has 500km on the clock and yesterday when I started her up I had the dashboard flashing some interesting messages:
    a, Gearbox Fault
    b, EBA failure
    c, HDC Not available
    d, Stability Control not available

I decided to drive the car anyway as I wanted to understand the car a little more. The car was driving quite normally accept I was still at Access Level. I went to adjust to normal height and the message was 'car kept at Access level for optimised passenger safety' or something like that.
On the freeway, all was well. Car was smooth, however I could not engage Cruise Control. Once off the freeway, the ride was not the smooth groovy Disco I fell in love with. Let just say she was a little rough going over speed humps and coming to a stop was not as graceful.

I tried the old turn off - wait - and turn on routine (x2) but all to no avial.
I called the Roadside assistance line hoping they would help me reset but they told me it was best to call the dealer.

This morning I called the dealer, who was quite good about it all, but the process was to call roadside assistance for an assessment. If it was a battery fault, Roadside assistance could fix onsite, if not they would arrange a tow to the dealer.

My Mrs called me to tell me the Disco was on a tow truck to the dealership and they would call me with an assessment.

I wonder what explanations the dealer will have in store for me?...
Has anyone had or heard of a similar problem?

    Cheers

I had this once in my D3. Turned out to be a combo of a bad battery and a faulty earth wire within a loom. Took months to diagnose and fix.

As it turns out, dealer has replaced the brake pedal switch.
Apparently all working now and says this would be the 5th one they have replaced this year.
