Thread: Cleaning and protection for the interior

Check out the "Auto Glym" range of products ... I've become a convert to their stuff, car wash - leather care - glass cleaner etc etc ... good stuff !!!
You can get it at all the major car places.

I use a Jaguar leather treatment on my seats which I purchased from my LR dealer. Was told its the best available. Very happy with it.

For the rest of the trim, I use 303 Aerospace Protectant (from Autobahn) as it has no silicone. I have been using this for years on my cars and my boat and are extremely happy with it.

Just my opinion though.

I have been advised by several people in the know, not to use silicone based products on the interior or exterior .

I use their stuff as well,have found it very good.
Noticed the LR instructions for leather care for the D4 was warm soap & water

I presume quality leather care products would be better,what do you guys recon?
Also,is the dash & tops of door trims leather as well?

Have to agree with the other guys I use Auto Glym Leather care products and find them excellent. I also use 303 Aerospace Protectant, its just the best stuff for rubber and plastics. Try and stay away from silicon based products, they tend to attract dust and just sit on the surface without bonding with the surface its trying to protect.
