    D4 MY12 Rear Vision Camera

    A question for those who may know, a MY12 HSE comes standard with a rear vision camera. My question can you plug a second rear vision camera that is fitted to the rear of a caravan into the D4's standard screen?

    If so how does it work?

    I’m also very keen to know if anyone has done this.
    I have purchased (off fleabay) a LR camera with a plan of fitting it to the rear of my van and wiring it to a ‘one or the other’ switch on the existing reversing camera wiring. Hopefully I can then toggle between looking out the back of the car and looking out the back of the van all on the existing screen.
    Any comments on the likely success / failure of this would be appreciated before I start cutting my car up

    In the same situation. Considering installing the Trailair TPMS and fitting the camera to the rear of the trailer. This will kill two birds withvone stone but at a cost. I'll wait and see what comes out of this thread. Trailair
