						I went through the same process not two weeks ago. I was in market for HSE + ediff or SE + most of the fruit. Choice was wait for MY13 specs and pricing, probably get stuff all discount but 8 speed and ??? options, or get a MY12 on runout.
I ended up taking a MY12 SE with tech pack, front park, rear air, camera nav and hi-ice for 85k, about 14k under RRP.
If you can get close to the spec you want in MY12 and very good discount then imho go that way. Only thing which may trip you up is HSE discounts are not as good as SE right now.
I'm jealous that you got nav for only a thousand more than I paid. Get my SE in white in late November. I'm thrilled I never thought I'd be able to afford the 3 litre.
A great deal put forward on a 2013 SE with a few bits and peices March delivery, however head had to rule heart and take up the very tempting deal on a 2012 HSE which will save me a lot more money monthly and residual, but still a bloody good car! I hope........
New 2012 D4 HSE in the driveway by end of November latest.
