Thread: Tyre pressure sensors

I'm finally getting around to putting some tyres on my 18" rims. What do I do about the pressure sensors??? (I'm assuming the current 20" wheels have some sort of wireless pressure sensor in them). Can I get the sensors fitted to the 18" rims (remove from 20" rims or buy new ones???), should I just ignore the warning messages or can I disable the pressure sensing?

erm, that'd be on a D4 V8.

We have had this problem before!

Sensors can't be fitted to another style of rim as they fit to special made rims for the sensor & valve assembly.

And again the sensors cannot be turned off !
