Yeah the part on the right is for the old "Festoon" type bulbs.
Don't need it, looks like you are ready to plug the right one in.

Just received my "hopefully correct" replacement led conversions and wondering how to install them.
They came with two parts (see attached image) not sure what second part is for do I need it? Can I just plug the led in where the bulb usually goes?

Depends what type of bulb you are replacing. the other adapter is obviously for the festoon type where as the discovery's generally use the wedge type. You can flick it.
thanks a lot guy's "let it be light in my disco" also bough a rear bulb replacement so assume just a replace?
