    Barred Up!

Just got these rock sliders/side steps and the nudge bar fitted to my '06 RRS.
Could not be happier with the results
Very happy to recommend the guy who did all the work for me, not sure if here is the right place, so please feel free to PM me for his details

The new roof storage just got fitted, so I thought I'd bung the pics up here That was the first go I had at the Hi-Lift mount, still not sure it's all the right way round! Seemed solid enough though.

Are the rock sliders side air bag compatible and where do you intend to connect the high lift jack too if you have to lift it - the rock sliders?

    Cheers

Your first question: no idea. They're bolted to the body, not the rails, so....?
You're second question: the same place as when they were fitted.

    Not understood - sorry.

If you have to use your hi-lift jack to lift you car - where are you going to connect the jack to. In an unmodified RRS there is no where you can lift the car without damaging it. With rock sliders fitted, you could put the lifting tongue of the jack under them but could be dangerous if not careful as the jack could slip sideways.

    No drama.
The "steps" are not really designed for jacking. The "slider" bit is too far inboard. I have a wheel adaptor for the hi-lift.
    Works really well.
