    Searching for information on site

Guys, having problems searching for information. For example, I searched form for Jump starting D3 and of the pages of results displayed, none had any information on the search! Please, what is the trick to return relevant information on a search?

Go into Google and try putting AULRO jump start D3 and see what you get.

Ditto me too... I have on occasions tried to find stuff by searching and ended up with lots of irrelevant results.

Are you using the new(ish) Google search feature at the bottom of the page?

    EDIT:
I just entered "Jump starting D3" (without the quotation marks) in the AULRO ONLY one on the left and got 81 results. All the first page at least seemed to be about jump starting a D3.

also, if you want to search the site (or any other specific site) from google use the following syntax:

    your search terms site:the-web-site-to-search.com

for example your search on google would be:

    Jump starting D3 site:aulro.com

as VNX205 says, scrolling to the bottom of the page and using the google search field there does the same thing with out having to enter any additional paramters.
    Cheers,

    Sean

Yep i was complaining about the search function until it was politely pointed out to me that I should be using the AULRO only google search feature on the bottom left of the page.

    It works a treat.
