    Air Escaping TDV6

    2005 Discover 3 TDV6 S
This afternoon I noticed what sounds like a relatively loud exhaust leak coming from the front of the motor. I think I have almost pinpointed the vicinity using a length of hose (held close to my ear the noise was at its loudest and air was pumping though it) to the front drivers side of the motor as indicated in the picture. Any thoughts on where the air is likely to be coming from? I’d like to have a crack at fixing it myself but don’t want to dig to deep just yet if it’s likely to be more serious than I’m expecting. After all..Its a recently fitted motor.
    Cheers
    Steve

The intercooler hoses are prone to splitting as they age.
