    Plasti Dip

Well I'm about to head up to the Cape for a month!! I thought I'd try and protect ole Vinnie by giving it a couple coats of clear plasti dip! Looks like a good product and just peels off when I'm done the trip!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1371703115.635861.jpg
This is the first coat, gives a matte finish!

    That looks bloody brilliant.

I would be very keen to see how it holds up for the trip and the level of protection you get

Road Warrior works even better - you can still use the car and look out the windows!

I had something like that on my previous ride, but on cold mornings it looked like pva glue all over the car. It dries fairly quickly though, but when it got wet it was not as resilient as when it was dry for a few days. Just came off with a pressure cleaner.

My 2012 has got heaps of scratches.....but as its Fuji White you don't notice it much at all.

If it is the same as plasticoat don't leave it on for too long or it will be difficult to get off.

Did you need to buy a 3.78 ltr kit? Seems expensive at $350+

Did it give you enough for multiple coats? Need many to give decent protection.
