I have one of them and have used it in anger on the RRS with a flat. As a jack it is fine but does suffer the same issues as the standard D3/RRS/L322 standard offering but to a much lesser extent.
The jack will fit under a D3/RRS when the tyre is flat and can lift the car high enough to change the tyre but is a bit unstable at full height - more to do with the height rather than the jack. When I used it in anger the car did roll off the jack at full height but did not cause any damage - partly my fault in not properly chocking a front wheel but also the car's fault as it can still move in park and handbrake on.
I would recommend one as long as you are aware of its limitations and the limitations of a D3 at max height on the jack. They are also great around the workshop where I power it from a starter power pack - saves a bit of manual work.
