Jellore State Forest This Saturday ...anyone interested in a bit of off roading?

Anyone interested in spending a few hours doing a few of the tracks around Jellore State forest (near Mittaong)this Saturday?

Don't know my way around there to well but we shouldn't get to lost! ...
    Cheers,
    Terry

Did the bush fires go through near Balangalo/Jallore area this week? I remember reading something about it, unless it is just hazard reduction.

    Cheers,

Sadly my womenfolk have, yet again, other things to do tomorrow.

I hear that they have gated part of the powerlines track - assume that it is the 2 rock sections at the top (presumably the chicken track to the right is open still). The area at the end of spring hill road has a couple of nice trails too (found bits that had recently fallen off an Isuzu on a rocky part of it last time I was there). Looks like a good day for it too !

Terry would have loved to come. Had to do some chores. I know the dog is in that grass somewhere because I keep treading in barker eggs.
    Next time.
