Best price from a safe supplier's seems to be £370.00 ($620-$650) so far will let all know best price dealer I have found. May need to be a group buy to get better

    11D Tool BT

    Also interested for MY11 D4.
Question for RBT, was that price of 370 Quid delivered to OZ? and if I may ask, what was the connection with Patrick at GAP.
Would also appreciate your experience with the unit's Interface with Apple products.
    Thanks,
    Don.

Unfortunately no precise delivery cost answer as I bought the Landmark grille which cost £50 for shipping, they included the IIDTool in the box at no additional cost...

When I sent a request to GAP for information regarding fixing the fuel consumption figure, Patrick replied and was extremely helpful.

iPad App works fine, is functional but basic, might be worthwhile to monitor live data but I haven't as yet. I've found the steering wheel buttons quick & easy for EAS adjustment rather than bothering with the iPad.

    Cheers,
    Rob

    IIDTool BT version ordered

After an arduous internet research stint I have ordered a IIDTool BT for the D4.
Hope to get within a week and if all goes well I will post the suppliers details once received.

I have a MY11 D4 and use an IIDTool BT with iPhone. I find that controlling the device via the phone works much quicker than via the steering wheel buttons.

Well mine works fine, you need to activate (VIN lock) it then update to the latest firmware.

So far just used for EAS control (height adjustment) and fault code reading, but it can do other things like update car software etc.
