Mine has shut off on start up twice in 6 weeks, does work again with a hard reset, but looks like I am up for the firmware update.

Might have to wait till we start our road trip after chrissy as not interested in giving the robbing stealership up here 1c more of my $$ after the effort they slugged my wife with to do a D2 key.

PS the battery is showing good voltage, so don't believe its the battery
