					Hi Striking,

Not sure what dealers you've spoken do, but as your from Brissie I can make a fairly safe assumption. You need to shop around a bit more, even if it's just over the phone. I worked out what specs I wanted, then rang all the dealers within an hour or so of Brissie (plus a few others), and ended up buying a new TDV6 from Bruce Lynton Land Rover on the Gold Coast - they beat everyone else's price by at least a couple of grand. We paid $77500 for ours with the following options:

 7 seats, all leather
 Hi-line audio
 Rear camera
 Rear air-con
 E-diff
 Extended warranty

This was at the start of year year, so no doubt prices have changed, but if you're going to buy new just make sure you shop around.

We've just got 2 new SDV6's here at work. They certainly get up and go compared to my D4 2.7 and the two D3 2.7's they replaced. Personally I can't get past the missing gear lever................

					Hello Striking,

Once I had decided what Model Etc I wanted and what I wanted to pay I also did a ring around within Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. I told them what I wanted and what I was happy to pay.

Bruce Lynton Land Rover also came good with my offer over the phone.

Other Dealers were not interested in me giving them my offer.
One of them rang myself back the next week and asked if I was now ready to come in and do a deal. I said I had already completed the deal over the phone last week.
