    Question back panel popped out

The mudflap on the rear drivers side got into an argument with a rock and popped out the bumper from the rear panel

there are little plastic pop in holders to hold it back in ....but as it has been pushed out from the mudguard area i can seem to push it back in

    attached photos explain

should i remove the mudguard to let the bumper go back in the replace the bumper

If so ......Question ......how do i get the mudguard off

The bumper just pushes back on unless enough pieces have broken from the brackets but the wheel arch liner will probably first have to be removed.

There's a couple of screws underneath above the wheel then the cover just pulls off its clips, as it has at the rear. The bumper will require quite a thump to re-engage with its clips.
Edit: Sorry, not the wheel arch liner, just the wheel arch cover.

I've had a similar situation on mine after an altercation with a greasy bank. I had to heat the plastic up a bit with my wife's hairdryer, before it would cooperate and pop back into position. Just don't tell her!
