    Hi Gordon

    Was always lead to believe the 25mm rule as per your figure above, upon further reading of VSB 14 it appears it now allows a 25mm increase per side (wheel) or 50mm per 'axle'

    That allows offsets between 53P to 28P

    Seems it may vary...

    Hmm, I try to keep up with all the latest versions of the VSB's, - as far as I'm aware, it's still 25mm (4.2.9), but maybe I've missed an update?

    Regardless, there are different statutory requirements in different states - not all have moved to enact VSB14. Not designing to the lowest common denominator would mean you could sell in one state, but not another - rather unconstitutional, but I don't know many people that would have the resources to fight that!
