Dearly beloved D4 has gone to the tip

After a bit less than 4 years and 116,000km my much loved D4 has gone to the tip. Not as bad as it sounds: bought by a waste company (for driving, not for scrap).

So long folks, and thanks for all the shared expertise, advice and enthusiasm. I have really enjoyed being part of this community, but leaving now to a different brand, something smaller and simpler as most of the lanky teenagers have left home.

    Bye.

Mine of the same vintage has been to the tip many times, although unfortunately only the local rubbish disposal site rather than "the" tip.

I hope it served you well in spite of little annoyances such as possum lights and probably smoky exhausts until rectified too. There's no end in sight for mine and expect it will be around for the long run.

    Indeed.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

I still loooovvve my D4 in spite of its little hiccup, I still think its awsome.

Just wish I could get the bluetooth problem fixed!

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
