    Taillights stolen

Just been reading posts on the uk landy site where owners have had their complete taillight clusters stolen , just had a peek at my RRS and can see how easy this is to do when the car is locked , will be doing something about mine to prevent this , pretty easy fix ! , Ah well one more thing to worry about .

Stealing tail lights and head lights was quite normal in Luanda, Angola where there was a couple of strips of metal pop riveted over them into the body, or some fancier ones made up and bolted on. It appears quite normal over there.
Fortunately it did not happen to us as our cars were in a compound by night and at a reasonably secure area at the airport by day while we were at work.
