    My caliper mounting bracket bolts were very tight so perhaps some confusion with these bolts.

    The values in Ver 1.6a are correct
    I misread the the sections and was incorrectly referring to the front brake torque
    So to clarify:
    Torques for front is 275Nm
    rear is 115Nm
