For reasons that have been explained in several threads on the subject, you don't need one on a D3 or a D2 or D1 or a Defender or probably any small, modern turbo.
Hi guys,
I had an ARB turbo timer fitted to my previous vehicle - the Mitsi Triton. Bought it as it was plug and play and did use it a few times when out and about on a hot day or giving it a bit of stick out in the dunes.
Triton is gone, turbo timer is left over - I haven't had any interest on gumtree - I'm tempted to have it fitted to the D3.
Has anyone else fitted a turbo timer to a discovery/rrs? Any issues with the systems?
It should just work without any issues, car into Park and ignition off.. Timer either is on or you can manually switch it off
Ideas? Opinions?
Thanks Mike

1973 Series III LWB 1983 - 2006
1998 300 Tdi Defender Trayback 2006 - often fitted with a Trayon slide-on camper.
Including the Triton....
And it will mess with Body control, immobiliser, locking etc...
Just turf the wasteful device!
Thanks guys. I did a search and nothing came up specifically - I think the tapatalk search option is playing up (did a search on seat covers with null results all together yet on the home comp I found plenty).
Thanks for the into, I guess I'll keep it for sale for the triton only, see what happens.
