Thread: D4 4x4 terrain response display

On my D4 MY13 there is a display page which provides additional info on 4x4 terrain response. There is a symbol on the bottom left which is made up of a horizontal line and an upward triangle and downward triangle. See attached pic. I've clouded the part of the display in question. I'm assuming this is for angle above and below the horizontal. However, it doesn't look like it does anything. I've tried setting terrain response to different modes but the graphic doesn't change. Any ideas on the purpose of this part of the display?
