I have MY13 D4 with rear camera, but not aware of any extra inputs to do what you are after.

BUT....

I am at the dealers again tomorrow, so will ask, if I remember...

Thanks Basil. I actually bought a full camera kit incl the dash screen but it is damn ugly and it would be nice to integrate it with the existing without replacing the whole shebang.

There is a unit to fit to solve this....

Thanks for that. I spotted the post a little while back during a search but thought the OP was re the small screen whereas I have the larger with camera. Last I saw it was a "watch this space for developments" , so will keep an eye out for anything new coming up.

I have an MY12 and there is an input for video which you can find if you use the 'secret' button. I have the vision pack so reversing camera and the video just gives snow. I would think it would need the video in connected then emabling via Faultamte.

""secret" button?? I promise to keep it to myself Man, there is so much technology on this thing that it will take ages to work out. Not that I am complaining as I like to fiddle with new toys. Things such as "hold this button down for 10 seconds, press twice for reset, spin around in a circle" etc. Trying to work out how to keep the "side lamps" on all the time instead of having to have the parkers or headlights on. I have RTFM and all it tells me is that "the dealer can reset this for you" (or similar).
