    Hi all,
I have not been able to find the Roo Systems thread but there is a new uTube video released:

His opening statement was get up to 300kw but the white was only 240hp (about 170kw).

Yeah, but 243.3hp at all four wheels is pretty impressive nonetheless, be interesting to compare the cost is this remap against the other remaps available.

Now if only they could develop some more affordable 18' rims as well.

I spoke with Steve at Roo Systems in Brisbane on Thursday, he said the remap is about $1500.00
They are still looking for an install agent in Sydney

    ouch.

I think Superchips guy from NZ will do yours for less and give you a bluefin unit to put it on and off.

But you need to get the exhaust upgrade too to get that particular tune?

That cost is certainly a lot more than the BAS map - also the guy in the video is the Toyota guy from 4wd Action magazine - not sure whether that is good or bad but neither have cred with me.

The D4 has a Bosch anti-mapping firmware which has to be broken in order to map. Roo are probably bench mapping the chip.
Superchips bench maps the chip to allow the map to be put on or off at will like the BAS map.
