Suspension Problems, doing my head in .

The suspension was lowering the front on my 2007 RRS overnight , could not find any air leaks so decided to replace the front valve block , on initial start up the feed preasure line blew out of connector with an almighty rush of air for a few seconds then stopped .
Second go and on start up have the rear raising as normal and the front raising very slowly with message on the dash saying this as well , also on going to off road height it stops , saying it is in extended height and to remove or reset what ever it is hung up on also this info on dash , and still raising very slow and "times out " to cool before carrying on don't think I ever got to off road height in the end .
Good thing is did not drop over night but seem to have more problems than I started with . Can anyone throw some light on this , do I need to do anything else with the new valve besides just fitting it ??. Could the new valve be suspect ?? . Thanks for any info .
Took for a drive and got bong with C1A20 Suspension Fault , normal Height Only , Checked with Faultmate and got C1131 air supply failure , and something about plausability or some such thing . should have left well alone me thinks .

If it thinks it is at extended when raising a sensor is suspect or it needs a calibration I would think.
Is it possible you touched the wiring to one of the front sensors when getting to the valve block?
I have seen similar problems when one of my GOE rods wasn't changed back from off road and the others were. It couldn't level and kept trying and would overheat or fault.

Is the sensor near the valve block ? funny thing is the rear is going up and down as normal ,its the front that seems to play up .

The sensors are in the wheelarches. If you've taken the wheelarch liner off to get to the valve block, you may have disturbed it.

Do you have a fault reader of some sort?

gday , did not take wheel arch out just turned drivers wheel out and lifted botem of wheel arch away to get at valve block . checked with faultmate and findings above in first post .

OK sounds like you have an air pressure problem at the front as it does the rear first and then the front. Maybe you have a stuck valve.

Let me google that for you

Let me google that for you

    Try those two.
