D3 and D4 cargo bay measurements

    A favour please.
I need the depth and width measurements for both the D3 and D4 (expect they would be similar.
I have an 80lt engel, permantly fixed in the D2,croswise due to its size.If I can fit the engel lengthwise in a D3 or D4 I will leave the slide in the D2.
    Engel is 900mmW,550mmD,580mmH.
    Thanks
    Andrew

I have the 57 litre combo engel. It's the same length and width as the 80litre. The 80 litre has greater height. I sit my engel lengthways with about 10cm or 15cm to spare to the tailgate on my D3.

The D3/4 is as deep as it is wide, so the 80l should fit back to front, the drawers I put in our D4 are 150mm longer than the ones we had in our D2.

So,mine being taller would it still fit considering the rake of the second row of seats?????

Yep, will be fine. Mine sits at about the height of the seats anyway. I can open the lid fine and it doesn't foul on anything.

I used the dimensions in Rich's excellent instructions (https://app.box.com/s/jem0ilac3cner2mexq64) to build a drawer setup. I have an Evakool RF60 (L 860 mm x W 445 mm x H 430 mm) ad it fits with room to spare.

    AWESOME!!!!!
My Engel wastes a lot of space in the D2,it wouldnt go in lengthways.
Its a combo too.Wouldnt quit it for anything, its paid for itself in bait saved and not spoilt alone when I go fishing(not to mention cold beer). Then there are all the times its come back from the city chock full of fridge/freezer food specials you dont get living in the city.
