    Kaymar rear bar

I'm getting a Kaymar bar put on next week. Is it worth keeping the original bumper?

    Cheers

If you decide not to keep it and your car is Fugi White, I'd be happy to buy your original bar.

I had a Perentie 110 penetrate my D4 bar on a recent trip.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

My thoughts are you can always sell your twin wheel carrier for a reasonable sum when you no longer want the vehicle in a couple of years time. If you keep the standard bar then it bolts straight back on.

My D4 had a Kaymar rear bar and ECB bull bar together with long range fuel tank and Mitch Hitch when I bought it second hand from Trivett. If it didn't have that stuff, I wouldn't have bought it, so although it might be good to cut your losses and sell the gear separately it does sometimes make the car attractive to a buyer with it all still on the car.

I dont think accessories add more value to the car than if you sold them separately afterwards, but they can limit the buyers of the vehicle.

Also gives buyers an idea of what you did with the vehicle - very few Toorak tractors need a Kaymar rear bar
