The location looks about right for runoff from the windscreen. Even condensation could give you runoff. If your windscreen washers have been used, may be a little more runoff. I would check that out first before getting too concerned.
As the title suggests I have noticed a clear, odorless water dripping from the right front sill or inner wheel guard area. The car hasn't been driven for 24 hours and it wasn't driven in the rain. I'm at a loss as to where it is coming from. I've wiped it up and it continues to drip. I've lifted the bonnet and there is nothing remotely in the area that would drip plain water. From memory the air con drain is in a different place as well.
See pictures for a better idea of the location.

I tipped a small amount of water on the windscreen in the right corner and it does indeed seem to be in the right area but 24 hours later it continues to drip. I wonder if the water is getting trapped somewhere and slowly dripping out. It's never done this before so I'm still puzzled.
Because the coolant is orange it's hard to see if it is this on not. Would the coolant have an obvious smell? When it dries would it leave a residue?
Don't know whether this may help but maybe you could get some food dye and add that to the water and pour that on and then see whether the drip is coloured and this might confirm your slow drip theory. Probably best to put a glass bowl under the drip to catch the water. Could be a dirt build up I suppose in the drainage lines. This is purely hypothetical - don't have a clue whether there are drainage lines or notbut I did this to check if a downpipe on our house was connected to the street. The fluid came out of the hole in the gutter and was coloured so proved the connection.

SubscriberCheck the washer tube for the windscreen and the headlights is attached securely , and all the clips are sealed correctly. Could be draining or syphoning out of the washer system. ( we are guessing here )
