Wanted: Anyone around Sydney got an EAS Emergency Inflation Kit to borrow?

    Hi Guys,

Just finishing building the D3 - build /spec to come once reg'd!

I'm looking for anyone in or around Sydney who has an EAS Emergency Inflation Kit that I can borrow? Live the ones Gordon from Green Oval Experience makes?

My car has a HDC fault and needs a new compressor, but I need to get it reg'd (NSW blue slip) first so I can get it in for the dealer will fix it!

    Cheers LRH

Hi Mark, I have a spare, NIB, but it's for a P38A with 6mm air lines. Will that help?

What year D3 do you have?

Early D3's had a threaded plug in the end of the air reservoir, if you take the plug out and put in a high pressure on off valve with an air line bayonet connector in it then you could then pump it up and plug off once its raised. From memory you then need to take out the fuse and then the suspension won't self adjust.

If anyone has any thing to add or corrections if I have anything wrong then please do.
    Cheers,
    Terry
