Thread: Replacement starter battery - recommendations

I have a D4 2.7 MY10, I think my starter battery is aging and probably supported by my traxide DB kit. Any recommendations on battery replacement?

I am an NRMA member so I was contemplating getting them to come out and check it and the alternator and potentially buy one of their 4wd batteries.

I do general 4wd off roading mostly. Exception being a big trip to the cape next year - I am getting the bug to explore this great country - so I am nervous about getting a suitable replacement for remote travel.

The last Varta Ultra AGM G14 I got for a lister was $379.50, delivered.
