Hugely impressed - particularly compared to the Pirelli Scorpions I was running previously (and I think better than BFG ATs I was running on the 'fender).

Reminds me, I still need to drive past the Mickey T stockist (who argued they didn't exist in said-size) and let him see them...

I had the MT ATZ LT 5 ribs on my previous WG Grand Cherokee, they were an awesome tyre, really quiet, good in the wet and more than handy off road too, its just a shame they are not available for the 19's on the Discovery.

As of very recently they seem to be available in LI 121 in this size in at least some countries but not listed on the US site - strange.

Hmmm. You're right... Funny, I just assumed otherwise since I got my Fender done at the same time with the BFGs. Regardless, you're right they're a good tyre. Did Flinders Ranges and Vic High Country (west) last month and they never missed a beat...

Yep. You're right. My error. I must point out that we go bush just about every second weekend; and so far I've not wanted for traction (less trip to Bridport dunes but who's counting...). Therefore 80/20 will suffice for now!

No doubting they're a good tyre.

I've had them on my D4 for about a year now. Mostly bitumen running but with a bit of off roading as well. Can't fault them.

They do get a little noisier with wear though. Not nearly as bad as some others out there, and really only noticeable on "smooth" city bitumen. You can't hear them at all on country bitumen. So far, I would have no hesitation in buying them again when the time eventually comes along. Indications so far are that the MT's will outlast the originally supplied Continentals by a considerable margin.
