But I got stuck in peak hour traffic in Kalgoorlie this afternoon, so I can't wait to see how the new charges are going to help relieve the congestion up here.

So thats likely to be on top of the $100 a year that my cheapest rego'd car went up by this year. $300 increase to rego's in the space of two years would be just ****. Someone needs knee cap that idiot - voting him out just isn't enough!

Sounds like members of his own party - and Rob Johnston - are arcing up at him about this one. Don't like his chances of getting it through at the moment.

First gear in the 8sp is much lower, hence when you leave it in Drive, or Speed, it will start in second.

If you want 1st, you have to manually select it while in Speed.

BTW - having recently had to drive a lowly 2.7l, 6 speed, I can tell you, there isn't much difference between them at all.
