In theory yes you can. I'd screen wheel aligners by phone to make sure they have a clue (ie. tell them you have a D3 and see what they say - if they don't know about TTM don't use them). TTM just means the vehicle will tolerate less variation between corner heights than usual - I've never selected access mode in TTM but if it did it, it would just mean it is more accurately at that height. If you are concerned that a wheel aligner would do that, I would not be using that aligner as it needs to be aligned at driving height.
