    Discovery D4 Auto Window Up Issue.

    Hi all, just took delivery of my New D4 yesterday and absolutely love it! Whilst tinkering with the settings and features I noticed that the window auto up feature only appears to be working for the front passenger window... Just wondering if I need to enable a setting somewhere or its back to the dealer to fix...

    Not a biggie but would be curious to know if others have experienced this and what the fix was.

    Searched a little bit harder and found a thread on here with a similar issue...

    Easy fix in the end

    Power window all the way down.
    Power window all the way up and release
    Hold up again for 3 to 5 seconds and presto!

    Repeat for all windows...

    As per the manual you have to do it any time you disconnect the battery. I found out about it from the manual after fitting the Traxide kit when my auto windows didn't work.

    You can do them in pairs too,rather than one at once

    Mate, surprisingly enough I did read it and I could not find for the life of me the 3 second instruction... I was half asleep whilst reading it though

    Oh and the Mrs has put more k's on it than me! She loves it...

    You also need to do it when you pull the window ecu out when you are installing the led highlight lighting in the doors...

    Well I'll admit that my Mrs was actually the one who read the manual & found the window thing.
