If both fronts look the same and both rears look the same, as in from the same casting then I wouldn't worry. They should be from the same casting.

The machined groove is just balancing, there may be variations in the balancing due to the use of casting. Like balancing tyres, they're different to ensure each rotor doesn't create any vibrations despite the manufacturing variations.
