    Fuse boxes D4

Read in my manual thar the D4 has two fuse boxers ,one near the battery
And one behind the lover glove box on passenger side

Both a selection of various amp fuses for taking bush

Can easily access the battery fuse box .......but cannot seem to release and drop
Down the lower passenger glove box ......just won't come out .....don't want to break any of that expensive Land rover plastic .........so is there some special trick to this .....

Also (imo) modern Land Rover plastic is very well made and you're unlikely to break it.

As Graeme said just squeeze the clips on the outer edge of the lid and they will drop free from the glove box.The lid just swings lower not completely free of the dash, enables you to check fuses as well as the pollen filter.
