Richard,I guess you had to remove the lower sill trim to fit the sliders.
Do the APT sliders extend at the rear into the lower wheel well or did you
have to cut the end off the original trim to fill the gap[mud trap]?
I reckon I'll be getting a set of these for my D4.
Thanks for the pictures, Richard.

Don't mean to hijack but thought it might be useful for those in the market... I installed my GOE sliders and compressor guard on the weekend and it might be helpful to have both the compare in the same thread.
I would have seriously considered the APT ones if I was on the east coast, but being local and wanting alloy, GOE were the pick. I thought about adding a step panel, but after inspecting the ones fitted up to Gordon's car decided I didn't need it.
I like the way the compressor guard and sliders match and bolt up together, and as steps they have the tick of approval from wife and 3yo son.
I'm sure for anyone trying to decide, you couldn't go wrong with either option.
I have followed Richard's lead and had a set of APT sliders with tread plates installed.
Good solid bit of gear, and Ben's proven to be a good fellow to deal with.
