Thread: EPB switch

In need of some knowledge, hoping someone can help. I need to change the park brake switch. I have the new switch but can't seem to work out how to remove the old one. Have had a good search but not found answers. Thanks a lot.

You will need to remove the floor console upper section. Then take it apart to remove the switch.
Its not hard if you are capable with hand tools. Screw driver, Torx bits etc etc.

Log into Topix & look under:-

Chassis:
Brake System:
Parking Brake & Actuation:
Parking Brake switch.
It details what to do & is basically what the Technicians use.
