Thread: Mounting a Tablet on dash

Like many we use a RAM mount for our iPAD which houses the HEMA map set, amongst other databases. The mount we use is a scissor mechanism across two axis so picture an X and you get the picture,literally. This serves the outcome perfectly. The iPAD sits on the dash mounted to the windscreen by a large suction cup (RAM) and whilst it does obscure some forward vision we only use it offered so no problems with pedestrian impact et al

Sorry for the late reply! No real wobble to worry about, wobbles more when there's nothing in it.
I had a ipad under all 4x4ing conditions and it's no issue.
