    The reason the bushes flog out is because they are loaded against the tyres if you lower the vehicle when stationary,the body lowers which pulls/pushes the bushes towards or away from the wheels/tyres,it's best to do it while moving or not at all. Pat

    Got 160k or so before any sign of looseness in the rear,the fronts were fine,I had my vehicle over the pits by a LR specialist in Perth. Pat
