    Landrover disco III lower suspension

    Hi guys,

    Could really use some help here, I have a 2006 Land Rover discovery III and at times when I put my foot on my brake I get a beep and an error message appear on the dash saying system fault and it lowers my suspension and turns all special programs off.
    This may happen every day for a week but then not happen for several weeks.
    If anyone could notify me if they have experienced this before and/or what advice I should seek and what the problem may be.

    I would suggest that this is a case of "brake light switch" failure.
    The facts that you describe match what happened when my switch failed.
