    Turbo Lag No More

Well...After a severe and prolonged attack of procrastination, I pulled the intercooler hoses off and carefully inspected everything and finding nothing wrong, replaced them. Much to my amazement, on start-up, turbo lag was negligible. From memory, there has been a very very small amount ever since new.
    Just another of lifes' mysteries
Thanks for all the input though.
    Cheers

Maybe air was escaping from a loose hose. The only thing I can really think of.
