    Bremtec Brake Pads - D4

    Hi all

After reading posts praising Akebono pads I toddled off to local Pedders to buy/order some to get fitted prior to a forthcoming 3 month trip to Tassie towing our AOR Quantum camper

I gave the VIN no (2010 D4 3.0 TDV6 HSE) and was told that they do not make pads for the fronts, only rears. I was surprised.....

Now alternately looking at Bremtec Euroline Ceramics (available in stock locally). Has anyone had experience with this product.

I have fitted a set of Bremtec Euroline Ceramic pads and Bremtec Euroline rotors to the rear.
The front pads were only recently changed (still factory) so will be sometime before fronts get tested.
I was advised that the fronts are not full ceramic pads but should still be less dust than factory.

    Hi Scott,
I realise your post above was "many moons" ago, but do you recall please, how the Bremtec Euroline Ceramic pads and the Bremtec Rotors performed for you?
    Thank you, Jeffoir.

Average, wouldn’t buy again. Replaced with Pedders ceramic pads, which have been excellent. Probably just get TRW rotors next or whatever is good value at the time.
