I can certainly recommend their "Wheelie Clean" product. The first time I tried it my front wheels rims were virtually black. Used Wheelie Clean as per their instructions and the rims came up far better than anytime since I bought the car. They were quite literally sparkingTheir tyre cleaner/shine isn't half bad either.

Congratulations on the new ride! I'm guessing you bought the vehicle from Trivett, we got the same after sales pitch when we bought my wife's Evoque back in April. Needless to say we declined. Your money is better spent else where.

$5000 for all of the above is shame full.
The exterior won't need any special treatment if it's garaged most of the time. Some regular car cleaning products will keep it looking good.
If not, then quality car cleaning products (not armorall wash n wax from SC) with 3-6 monthly spray on wax treatment will keep the paint work in good condition. I'm not knocking wash & wax products like armorall. They are ok if car is protected. But they don't provide as much protection as other products like proper wax for cars kept outside like mine.
Buy some mats, and give the leather and interior a regular wipe over with wipes and apply some leather conditioner every 6 mths or so and it too will look great for years.
