Here is the prototype.Its not quite right,pin is too tight,will now be 16mm instead of 17mm.Hole for jack head is wrong,28mm is too small,will be 30.5mm and a side set screw to secure it.
This is 3D laser printed,but he did make it in the 3 pieces as it will be made from laser cut steel.

Not sure if intend to buy a jack but if the price for this comes in as estimated (ie cheap) then I might as well get one now as insurance against the day I do buy a jack.

It's a brilliant way to prototype items quickly and cheaply. Make sure the cost of that is included in the final figures too.[emoji106]🏻[emoji2]

He did that at uni.
My boy is rapt with the response,and being a uni student always needs coins.I will be buying the lot off him and doing the distribution.
If anybody ever needs items made he is always keen to help out.He also dabbles with carbon fibre,part of his racecar project at UWA.
